What ApexRank is

ApexRank is a free weekly ranking of the community's cars: users upload photos of their cars and everyone else votes. Nothing is sold and users are never charged. The Brands section is an advertising space: when there are ads, they will be clearly labelled as sponsored positions.

Terms of use

Using the website means accepting this legal notice. Creating an account, uploading cars and voting are also subject to the Garage terms. Personal data is processed according to the privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The design, the ApexRank name and the website's code belong to its owner. Photos and texts published by users belong to their authors, who give us permission to display them under the Garage terms. Car brand and model names belong to their respective owners: mentioning them doesn't imply any relationship with them.

Third-party photos and data

The photos in the rankings and showrooms come from Wikimedia Commons and are used under free licences (CC0, public domain, CC BY or CC BY-SA). The author and licence of each photo appear next to it. The technical and sales data are the open data of the European Environment Agency (CC BY 4.0); dealers are © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL); and postcodes come from GeoNames (CC BY 4.0). ApexRank has no relationship with the brands or the dealers: the “Book a visit”, “Call” and “Website” buttons lead to their own channels, and ApexRank doesn't handle appointments or sales.

If you're the author of a photo or represent a brand, a dealer or a media outlet and want something corrected or removed, write to us at contacto@apexrank.info.

Liability

Each user is responsible for what they publish. ApexRank doesn't review posts before they appear, but it removes any unlawful content or content that breaks the rules as soon as it becomes aware of it. You can let us know with the “Report” button on each car or by writing to contacto@apexrank.info.

Links to Instagram profiles lead to third-party pages that we don't control. ApexRank takes no part in sales between users in the “For sale” category.

Governing law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
